The challenge
The agency ran on disconnected tools for prospecting, sales, finance and contracts. With no single view, reliable metrics were missing, payments slipped through and each team worked in a silo.
The solution
We built a custom multi-user CRM that unifies prospecting, the sales pipeline/kanban, activity and contract management, finance integrated with Asaas and an AI agent that supports service and generates advanced metrics, all connected to WhatsApp.
